环球巴士重组于2012年底，座落于被誉为“世界工厂”之广东省东莞市；公司团队拥有十多年的高端家具代工出口功底，专业研发人员占员工总数的12%，专业技术人员占员工总数的73%，占地2万1千余平米；重组初期致力于家具的设计研发与生产制造，主要覆盖医疗、养老、商用办公等领域；通过不懈努力逐步推出“伯顿斯”、“怡和居品”、“瑞康特”等民族自主品牌，凭借专业的产品与服务广受市场高度认可与业界的青睐。

 经过7年不懈努力，已通过国家专利63项，并先后通过ISO 9001-2008质量管理体系、ISO14001-2014 环境管理体系、  OHSAS18001-2007职业健康安全管理体系、CQC51-381001-2009中国环保产品、中国十环（CEC04206148679-6中国环境标志产品）、GB/T29490-2013知识产权管理体系等认证；以及多次荣获东莞市工业设计奖、广东省省长杯、行业红点设计奖、全国十大医养品牌等殊荣。
